Clean Eating: I am a new mom :) who is crazy health nut! I love discussing health and nutrition so feel free to bring me any of your new discoveries, recipes and what has worked for you. I'm not a blogger but studies show that if you write down your plan and are accountable to someone (my readers) one will likely stick to it. So that is my hope. Not to fail for the next 21 days of clean eating. I get most of my research from The Plan and The Virgin Diet. Together I think they are a great pair. Over the next 21 days I will be recording my progress. No dairy, corn, eggs, soy, sugar or peanuts. After 2 weeks I will slowly start introducing different foods back into my diet to see if it a reactive food for me. To health, Cheers!
