Corn is an inflammatory, high-glycimic food. It is one of the most genetically modified crop (along with soy). Most people have corn sensitivities because it's in EVERYTHING. It ends up in animal feed and that is one reason it is important to buy grass-fed meat. Corn is high in lectins that bind to your intestinal  villi resulting in poor nutrient absorption.

Corn hides in the form of...

- Glucose
- Margarine
- Grits
- Cerelose
